Robert "Bob" Wesley Rogers Sr., 51, formerly of Etowah, of Livonia, La., passed away Dec. 4, 2021, at his home in Livonia. He was a distributor operator for Entergy in Baton Rouge, La., an Army National Guard member and of the Pentecostal faith.
