Patsy Carol Minyard, 69, of Blytheville, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2021, at her home. Patsy was born in Blytheville to Nathan and Elbie Ryan Minyard. She was retired from IPSCO and was a former employee of Magnetek and Southwire. Patsy loved life and adventure. She was always traveling and enjoyed going on cruises. She enjoyed cooking and feeding all of her family and friends. Family was most important to Patsy and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren...
