School board members allege misleading promises made

Waterworks audits finally released

After years of delay, the long awaited audits of Blytheville Waterworks have been publically released for years 2012 through 2015. Area residents have been aware for a number of years regarding financial irregularities, missing deposits at Waterworks and highly questionable leases agreed to by former director Gary Phillips.
