Second Judicial Circuit Court Judge Pam Honeycutt issued an "order to show cause" in the matter of James Anthony Welspom v. James W. Sanders on Friday, Nov. 12. The order directs the Mayor to appear in court on November 23 before Circuit Court Judge John Fogelman to show cause why the mayor's office "did willfully violate" the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act by refusing to deliver to Welspom documents that answered a list of fifteen questions which he and the court says were delivered on August 24, 2015.. ...
