    Further organizational plans have been made for the Team Impact Cleaner and Safer Blytheville initiative, with dates set for three cleanup days, and the work of the project now being delegated to specific pastors and their congregations.

    The unemployed face the same basic challenge: for a multitude of reasons, they simply are not qualified for the jobs that are available in Mississippi County. And it is this problem that multiple agencies and organizations are beginning to understand and work to solve.
