I don't even know where to begin this week. First, I've been on vacation with my dear, sweet husband and Stevie Ray and Sparky. So if you haven't seen me around, or if you have and I had no makeup on my face, I apologize.

Three major cases are making their way through the court system, including two local men charged with murder and a local woman accused of taking funds from the city.

For the last 30 years, Bill Sanders has offered the county something that will be very difficult to replace -- a 30- to 40-hour volunteer work week, managing the fairgrounds and all events that come there.
