David Franklin Haynes

David Franklin Haynes, 69, of Osceola, passed away Monday, Jan. 30, 2023.

David was born in Luxora to Woodrow and Leora Mustion Haynes and was a retired tar pot roller operator for the Arkansas Highway Department. He was a hard worker and never missed a day of work. David loved his truck and riding backroads, and he enjoyed watching television.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

David is survived by his children, Christina Hall and her husband Jeff of Trumann, Cynthia Azucena and her husband Saul of Blytheville and Kimberly Perez of Blytheville; grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Dylan Jones, Latisha Gordon, Marissa Perez, Isaac Azucena, Daniel Azucena and Jonathan Azucena; six great-grandchildren; one brother and four sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, at 1 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
