Lavern White

Lavern White, 97, of Luxora, passed away Jan. 21, 2023, at GRMC in Blytheville. She was a homemaker, a member of Miracle Temple C.O.G.I.C. and motherboard in Luxora. Ms. White was born Jan. 4, 1926, in Memphis, Tenn., to Eddie Garner and Maggie Hartem Garner. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Luther White; one nephew, Van Razor of Blytheville; one niece, Betty Razor of Blytheville; a host of god children and church family.

Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 4, 9-10 a.m. with the funeral at 10 a.m. at Promiseland C.O.G.I.C. in Osceola. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with Superintendent Billy Davis officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of arrangements.
