Jocelyn Jeanette Campbell Gardner

Jocelyn Jeanette Campbell Gardner of Blytheville was born Jan. 23, 1956, in Gary, Ind., to the late Melvin Campbell, Sr. and the late Willie Mae Winter Campbell. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Gardner passed away Nov. 20, 2021, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 65. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Campbell, Sr.; her mother, Willie Mae Winter Campbell; and two brothers, Harold Campbell and Melvin Campbell.

She is survived by her husband, Jerome Gardner of Blytheville; two stepsons, Jerome Jerry Gardner of Minneapolis, Minn., and David Lee Baker of Toledo, Ohio; three nephews, Melvin Campbell, Jr., Harold Campbell, Sr. and Jamal Campbell, all of Gary, Ind.; one sister, Denise Wilson of Blytheville; and one cousin, Elwood Favors of Blytheville.

The visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 3, from 5-7 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. The funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville with pastor John Fisher officiating. The burial will be held at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
