Jimmy Ray Carr

Jimmy Ray Carr of Blytheville was born Feb. 29, 1956, in Bragg City, Mo., to Nora Batley Carr of Kennett, Mo., and the late Jack Carr. He was a truck driver and of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Carr passed away Oct. 30, 2021, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro at the age of 65. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Carr, and his son, Jonathan Little.

He is survived by his mother, Nora Batley Carr of Kennett, Mo.; his wife, Mary Sims Carr of Blytheville; four daughters, Catina Carmichael, Christy McWilliams, both of Blytheville, Angie King of Potosi, Mo., and Erica Hall of Cleveland, Tenn.; his sister, Pam Brown of Kennett, Mo.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 3, from 5-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
