Georgia Eva Rodgers, 92, of Lepanto, passed away Sept. 27, 2021, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro surrounded by her family. She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Lepanto. Ms. Rodgers was born Sept. 17, 1929, in Dyess to W.R. Hall and Bertha Coomer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James Freshour; her second husband, Virgil Rodgers; two daughters, Marsha Gallion and Janet Laden; three brothers, John Hall, TJ Coomer and Thomas Hall; two sisters, Eloise Bezzo and Rhetta Sims; three grandchildren, Ross Frisbee, Melissa Cantrel and Daniel Hall.

She is survived by two sons-in-law, Jimmy Gallion and Junior Laden; five daughters, Gail (King) Shempert, Pam (Dale) Day, Jennifer Elrod, Lisa (Kevin) McLean and Stephany Ezekiel; one brother, Billy Hall; one sister, Joeann Coomer Kanaly; 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and eight great-great- grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lepanto. Burial will be at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto with Brother Todd Vinson officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of all arrangements.
