Kenneth Ray Wilson, Sr

Kenneth Ray Wilson, Sr., 82, of Marked Tree passed away Sept. 22, 2021m at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was a retired trailer mechanic and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Wilson was born April 3, 1939, in Tuscombia, Ala., to Alvie "Woodrow" Anderson and Mae Evelyn Dover Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gladys Marie Wilson; one brother, Thomas Wilson; and two sisters, Clara Hand and Flora Churchwell.

He is survived by three sons, Kenneth Ray Wilson, Jr. of Monette, Keith Alan (Stephanie) Wilson of Memphis, Tenn., and Jason Douglas Wilson of Marked Tree; three brothers, Elmore Wilson of Memphis, Tenn., Douglas Wilson of Marked Tree and Johnny Wilson of Marion; one sister, Joyce Moser of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Crystal Elinburg, Amber Lancaster, Kallen Wilson Crowe, Brittany Wilson and Drake Wilson; and three great-grandchildren, Austin Lancaster, Alissa Lancaster and Alizabeth Lancaster.

Funeral service was Sept. 27 at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza. Burial was at Tyronza Cemetery with Brother Gary Andrews officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza was in charge of all arrangements.
