Lessie Mae Nance

Lessie Mae Nance, 83, of Osceola died Aug. 3, 2021 at her home. She was a retired factory worker, an active member of the Osceola Hospital Auxiliary team, a member and the president of the Usher Board of Bethlehem M.B. Church of Osceola. Ms. Nance was born Dec. 25, 1937 in Marie to Earnest and Mary Lou Smith Nance. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Leroy Love; two brothers, Willie and Earnest Nance; and two sisters, Stella Roberts and Beatrice Ware.

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Love of St. Louis, Mo., Marvin (Carla) Love of Little Rock, and Russell (Sandra) Love of Flower Mound, Texas; one brother, John Nance of Hollywood, Fla.; 15 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 6, from 5-7 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be Saturday Aug. 7, 10 a.m. at Bethlehem M.B. Church in Osceola with Pastor Robert Parnell officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
