Dorothy Jean Franklin Cushinberry
Dorothy Jean Franklin Cushinberry was born June 27, 1950, in Blytheville, the daughter of William Dallas and Addie Kirkwood Franklin. Dorothy attended Richard B. Harrison High School and was a former employee of Borg-Warner Industries in Blytheville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Lee Franklin. Dorothy passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Great River Medical at the age of 70.
Dorothy leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Pamela Marks of Indianapolis, Ind., and Kimberly Bennett of Denver, Colo.; one brother, Johnny Franklin of Rockford, Ill.; four grandchildren; aunts, Mrs. Louise Weatherspoon and Mrs. Emma Jean Jefferson, both of Blytheville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 1, from 11 a.m. until services begin at 12 noon.
A service of remembrance will be conducted on Saturday, May 1, at 12 noon in the chapel of McDonald-Horne Funeral Home, 1207 South Division Street, Blytheville, with Pastor Larry Guyton delivering words of encouragement.
