Clytee Ava McRea, 86, of Fenton Missouri, formerly of Blytheville, passed away in the evening of December 17, 2020. She was born on July 1, 1934 in Sumner Mississppi to Wilbur Allen Palmer and Hallie Carol Downs Palmer. She was a high school graduate.

Mrs. McRea enjoyed cooking and reading her Bible. She enjoyed being married and loved her husband very much. They had a very close loving relationship since the day they married, August 3, 1953. She was a homemaker. Her family was very important to her and her dog Buddy was too. She and her husband moved around a lot before settling down in Blytheville. They really liked it and decided to make this their home for 22 years. She enjoyed attending services at First Christian Church in Blytheville. She missed her church and friends after she moved to Missouri. She also enjoyed attending the Sunday morning services at the nursing home.

Mrs. McRea was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Allen McRea; her parents; and one grandson, Michael Lee Pettet.

She is survived by her son, David Wayne McRea of St. Louis, MO;

And her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Richard Pettet, of High Ridge MO;

Two grandsons: Nicholas Pettet and Bradley Pettet;

And other family and friends that will miss her dearly.
