Wanda Ricketts, 73, of Manila, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Wanda was born in Bruceton, Tenn., to John and Mary Rodgers Nichols and she was retired from Wal-Mart in Blytheville. Wanda was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, and her children were her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ricketts; her parents; brother, John Nichols; and sister, Patricia Hindmon.

Wanda leaves four children, Sandra Decker and her husband Rodney of Manila, Angi Tyree and her husband Anthony of Danville, Vir., Billy Ricketts, Jr. and his wife Jessica of Malden, Mo., and Lisa Connell and her husband Jeremy of Blytheville; three brothers, Tommy, James and Clyde Nichols; one sister, Virginia Harris; five grandchildren, Tiffany Twidwell, Ashley Tiffany, Connor Warrick, Keegan Warrick and Chayce Connell; and one great-grandchild, Logan Twidwell.

Graveside services will be Friday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery with Billy Holifield officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. Following the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines, no more than 50 people will be allowed to gather inside of Cobb Funeral Home and practice social distancing, keeping a 6-foot distance between one another. Face masks are required to enter the building and to be worn at all times.
