Wanda Lea Parrish

Wanda Lea Parrish, 60, passed away Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020, in Monette.

She was born Sept. 24, 1959, in Monette to the late George and Mildred Pemberton. Wanda was a registered nurse and was a former nursing home administrator. She enjoyed sewing and a good cup of coffee and loved spending time with her granddaughters.

She is survived by her son, David Wilbanks; two brothers, Robert Pemberton and David Pemberton, both of Jonesboro; a niece, Mendy Rice of Cash; two granddaughters, Keira Wilbanks and Adyson Wilbanks, both of St. Louis.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Parrish; a son, John Wilbanks; two brothers, Jerry Pemberton and Roger Pemberton; a sister, Linda Cash.

A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, at Monette Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.

Lasting memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
