Dorothy Turner, 89, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Manila, passed away July 18, 2020, at Health Central Hospital, Ocee, Fla. She was born Feb. 17, 1931, in Rogers Springs, Tenn., to James and Effie Sasser Antwine Brady. She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles and visiting family, especially great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Lee Turner of Little Rock and Debra Ruchi (Chris) of Orlando, Fla.; one brother, Butch Brady (Jackie) or Wauconda, Ill.; one sister, Faye Daniel (Don) of Southaven, Miss.; five granddaughters, Angela, Brandi, Jennifer, Meredith, and Stephanie; two grandsons, Lincoln and Cody; five great-grandsons, Linus, Aiden, Spencer, Xander, and Jaxon; one brother-in-law, Harry D. Downing of Nacogdoches, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Faye Turner of Jonesboro; one niece, Donita Morris (Dale) of Pocahontas; a special friend, Terry Vasser of Manila; too many nieces and nephews to list; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Effie Brady; her husband, Lincoln Turner; one daughter, Dinah Wells; one son, David Alan Turner; five sisters, Mary Bourland, Bonnie Carpenter, Carolyn Downing, Johnnie Bacchus and Mavis Lowery; and three brothers, Donald Brady, Doyle Brady and Terry Wayne Brady.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
