Chester Arthur Baldon, Jr.

Chester Arthur Baldon, Jr., 51 of Tampa, Fla., passed away at his home on June 26, 2020. He was born May 2, 1969 in Stockton, Calif., to Chester and Doris Joshaway Baldon Sr. Chester served his country as a member of the United States Army. He was a member of Life Spring Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Patton.

Chester is survived his mother, Mrs. Doris Hodges of Blytheville; his father, Mr. Chester Baldon, Sr. of Stockton, Calif.; sons, Michael Baldon of Phoenix, Ariz., Trayshawn Baldon of Kankakee, Ill., and Gabriel Baldon of Illinois; daughters, Tiffany ( Michael) Alexander and Britoni Baldon, both of Phoenix, Ariz., and Annia Baldon of Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Bobby ( Denise) Joshaway of Indianapolis, Ind., and Travis Joshaway of Blytheville; one sisterm Nova Goolsby of Little Rock; 10 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 18, at 11 a.m. at Holy Temple Church of In Christ, 716 East McHaney, Blytheville. Elder Henry Brown is the pastor. Elder Brown will deliver the eulogy.

In accordance with the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines, the practice social distancing of 6-feet will be observed. Face masks are REQUIRED to be worn by all family and friends attending the funeral service.
