Lucille Brackenrich

Lucille Brackenrich, 84, of Wilson, died April 14, 2020, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Brackenrich was born Oct. 10, 1935 in Hamilton, Ala., to Pervie Lee and Mary Lou Bishop Stone. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, James Michael Brackenrich and David Lee Brackenrich; one brother, Bearl Stone; and one sister, Sandra Mercer.

She is survived by her husband, James Brackenrich of Wilson; one daughter, Kathy Brackenrich of Wilson; one brother, Dearl Stone of Marion; four grandchildren, Richard Alan Mauppins of Halls, Tenn., Rick Mauppins and Tiffany Brackenrich of Frenchman’s Bayou and Josh Brackenrich of Wilson.

Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, April 16, with the funeral at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial was at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie with Bro. James England officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola was in charge.
