Robert Lee Wakefield

Robert Lee Wakefield, 92, of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, at his home.

Robert was born in Bounds Creek, Mo., to Ira and Bertha Joy Wakefield. He was the owner of Wakefield Body Company. Robert served his country with honor in the United States Navy and was of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Wakefield; his parents; son, Cary Stephen Wakefield; brother, Donald Wakefield; and sisters, Dottie Collie and Barbara Richmann.

Robert leaves his son, Stanley Wakefield of Blytheville; and two granddaughters, Hannah and Sydney Wakefield.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 15, at 3 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Pankey officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
