Mr. Robert L. “Bob” Littrell, 93, of Blytheville, passed from this life on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Born to James and Clara Jones Littrell in Haywood County, Tenn., he was the retired owner of Littrell Ford Car Dealership and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Bob served his country with honor in the United States Army during World War II. He was also a past president of the Blytheville Chamber of Commerce, member of the Blytheville Rotary Club and served on the Blytheville Water Commission for 23 years. Bob enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing, and was a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan. He was a dedicated individual who participated in many community events and loved to spend time with family.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Virginia Gayle Wallace Littrell; brothers, James P. Littrell and Virgil Littrell.

Bob is survived by his children, Steve and Jan Littrell of Blytheville and Jeff and Pamela Littrell of Cabot; grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson and John of Blytheville and Jonathan Littrell of Cabot; great grandson, Robert Hopper of Blytheville; brothers; Marion O’Neil Littrell and Mary of Jackson, Tenn., Charles Littrell of Jackson, Tenn., and Benny Littrell and Judy of Morristown, Tenn.; and sisters-in-law, Sue Littrell of Boliver, Tenn., and Pat Littrell of Humboldt, Tenn.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Zack Roberts officiating. Burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon in the Hollywood Cemetery, 406 Hollywood Drive, Jackson, Tenn.
