James “Hound Dog” Warren

Monday, October 28, 2019

James Christopher Lynn Warren, better known as “Hound Dog”, (57) was taken from us far too soon on Oct. 20, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born March 29, 1962. Hound Dog fell in love and married his best friend Kay Reygaert through a bowling alley business venture. His outgoing, energetic, caring, inquisitive personality and his infectious laugh drew people to him and kept them all in his circle, whether they knew him for 10 years or 10 minutes. He was respected in his business and he valued fairness and a good work ethic. He was assistant superintendent for various construction job sites throughout the United States for Associated Brigham Contractors Inc. based out of Brigham City, Utah. In his spare time, you would find him at a local golf course. His love for the game of golf was like no other.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Warren of Blytheville.

Hound Dog is survived by his wife, Kay Warren of Gosnell; his mother, Shelley Dean of Virginia Beach, Vir.; daughter, Autumn Warren of Gosnell; stepchildren, Donnie Mansfield, Roy Mansfield and Jessica (Michael) Brown, all of Gosnell; grandchildren, Courtney, Logan, Tyler and Riley; brother, Billy Warren of Maine; sisters, Judy Wyatt of Cherokee Village, Vickey Carter of Jonesboro, and Debbie Myers of Greenville, Miss., along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 4-9 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Twilight Bowling Center located at 3007 Floral Plaza Blytheville.
