Fabion Eugene “Phat Daddy” Hughes, Jr.

Fabion Eugene “Phat Daddy” Hughes, Jr., 11, of Osceola, died Oct. 19, 2019, at SMC Medical Center in Osceola. He was a fifth grade student at Stem Academy in Osceola and of the Baptist faith. Fabion was born Nov. 21, 2007, in Blytheville to Fabion Hughes, Sr. and Shavarra Grey.

He is survived by his parents, Fabion Hughes, Sr. of Osceola and Shavarra Grey of Osceola; five brothers, Dameian Ward, Mylon Brown, Fabious Hughes, Stormie Hughes and Jayven Morris of Osceola; two sisters, Sierra Ward of Osceola and Makiyah Robinson of Blytheville; his grandparents, William and Lahoma Beal of Jonesboro, Jamie Grey (Monica) of Memphis, Tenn., Kathy Marshall and Clyde Harris II (Teresa) of Osceola; great-grandparents, Bernice Brooks, Bobbie Knighten and Jamie Grey, Sr. of Osceola.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
