Michael Branch

Michael Branch, 55, died on April 15, 2019, at his home. He was born in Steele, Mo., to Billy Sr. and Geneva Branch on Oct. 3, 1963. He liked to cook, work in the yard, be with his family, and loved to make people laugh. He served in the United States Army. He was a giving person and would help if someone were in need.

Michael leaves behind his mother, Geneva Branch; his son, Michael II (Sheila) of Bono; his daughter Cassie (Chris) Perrigan of Bono; his brothers, Rickey Branch, Steve Branch of Earle, Jimmy Branch, Gary Branch, Kevin Branch of Georgia; his sisters, Cathy Myrick of Blytheville, Angela Weaver of Manila and Vicki Parsons of Jonesboro. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, Payton, Marissa, Brooklyn Perrigan and Michael III, Dalilah, Akira Branch.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Branch Sr.; his brother, Billy Branch Jr.; his grandparents, Lola and Willie Fitzhugh and Edward and Almeda Branch.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. followed by service at 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, at Carney Funeral Home in Blytheville. Burial will be at Dogwood Cemetery.
