City to receive money for Justice Complex by late April

On Tuesday the Blytheville City Council passed an ordinance authorizing the issuance of sales and use tax bonds to finance the Blytheville Justice Complex, the former National Guard Armory building at Byrum Road. The decision to change directions and use a private buyer for the bonds rather than USDA was made due to working with the government taking longer than expected.
