Hattie Lee Lewis was born Sept. 20, 1948, in Blytheville to the late Hattie Lee Sweet Lewis and the late Lemon Crawford, Sr. She was a caretaker for Abilities Unlimited and was a member of New St. Paul M.B. Church in Blytheville. Mrs. Lewis passed away on Feb. 8, 2019, at her home in Blytheville and the age of 70.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Elois Crawford.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Lewis of Blytheville; two sons, Robert E. (Rita) Crawford of Tucson, Ariz., and Ozell Davis, Jr. (Chalise) of Blytheville; one daughter, Patricia (Leon) Chew of Blytheville; five brothers, Samuel Crawford of Blytheville, Lemon Crawford, Jr. of Tucson, Ariz., and Thurman Crawford, Genoris Crawford (Willie Mae) and James Crawford all of Blytheville; four sisters, Dorothy Crawford, Lerscine Terry, Earnestine Fowler (Larry Sr.) and Diane Foster all of Blytheville; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at New St. Paul M.B. Church in Blytheville, Pastor Clark Phillips will be officiating. The burial will be held at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Blytheville.
