Peggy Snodgrass Brumfield

Peggy Snodgrass Brumfield, 87, and lifelong resident of Blytheville, was called home Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Born to Melvin and Uala Hawkins, Peggy was the baby to four older sisters. She enjoyed her days talking about working at Sears in Memphis and Hawks here in Blytheville. Peggy loved to be in her garden and sewing. She was a member of 13th and Main Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Snodgrass; her parents; daughter, Donna Wells; and four sisters, Mary Elizabeth Thompson, Waurene Harrell, Maurene Hawkins and Billie Ross.

Peggy leaves two granddaughters, Josey McDaniel and her husband Clint of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Sunny Wells of Blytheville; and four great-grandsons, Bailey, Kayden, Shawn and Garrett.

Peggy’s family will receive friends Thursday, November 1st from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. There will be no services and burial will be private. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
