J.B. Harvey

J.B. Harvey, 89, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at Heritage Square Nursing Home in Blytheville.

J.B. was born in Blytheville to John Benjamin Harvey, Sr. and Mabel Nicholson Harvey. He was retired from Blytheville Office Supply as the office machinist and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. J.B. served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a past member of the American Legion. J.B. loved to fish, and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Harvey; son, John “Johnny” Harvey; and grandson, Kyle Crocker.

J.B. leaves his daughter, Cindy Crocker and her husband Jim of Blytheville; one sister, Donna White of San Bernardino, California; and grandson, Scott Crocker. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 3rd at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
