Viola Elizabeth Boozy

Viola Elizabeth Boozy, 74, of Blytheville, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at her home.

Viola was born in Blytheville to Gaston and Viola (Yarbrough) Allmon. She worked at Milwaukee Tool as a quality control technician. Viola was a member of Gosnell Baptist Church, and enjoyed going to Sunday school and listening to preaching. She loved to be outdoors working in her flower beds or in her garden. She enjoyed sewing, reading and spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby; her parents; son, Terry Boozy; and brother, Lonnie Allmon.

Viola leaves two children, James Boozy, Sr. and Brenda Boozy, both of Blytheville; three brothers, James Allmon of Murray, Kentucky, Roy Allmon of Luxora and Earl Allmon of Blytheville; three sisters, Ruth Williamson of Blytheville, Catherine Myrick of Blytheville and Lynn Flynn of Louisa, Kentucky; nine grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 7th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Eddie Clemons officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
