Clarence Edward Crosskno, 82, of Dell, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Clarence was born in Blytheville to Bill and Lois (Heflin) Crosskno. He was a retired farmer and of the Baptist faith. He served his country with honor in the United States Army and was a 32nd degree Mason. Clarence was the founder of Cotton Growers cotton gin at Dell. Family was important to Clarence and they always came first.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; one sister; and a granddaughter, Avery Lane Crosskno.

Clarence leaves his wife, Patsy of the home; three children, Stephen Crosskno (Janifer) of Dell, Melissa Anderson (Frank) of Armorel and Kenneth Crosskno (Kylie) of Dell; 10 grandchildren, Lana and Colin Crosskno, Victoria, Abigail, Elizabeth and Jonathan Anderson, and Zachary, Stuart, Alexandra and Cade Crosskno.

He also leaves two brothers, Harold Crosskno of California and Dennis Crosskno of Florida; three sisters, Maxine Hodge of Blytheville, Helen Heathman of Springdale, Arkansas and Nora Yates of Maumelle, Arkansas; and two special caregivers, Nene Furlow and Jeanette Moore.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 24th at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Thompson, Rev. Mitchell King, Jr. and Rev. Sunny Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home.
