Sammie Dawn Finley

Sammie Dawn Finley, 58, of Osceola, formerly of Manila, passed from this life Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at her home. Born in Manila to the late Donnie and Mary Maxwell Croom, she had been a lifelong resident of northeast Arkansas. She was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include her companion, Donovan Nimeth of the home; her son, Jarred Bishop of Key West, Fla.; two daughters, Brandi Jackson (Matthew) of Manila and Nora Finley of Osceola; one brother, Timothy Croom of Olive Branch, Miss.; two sisters, Cindy Raybon of Nashville, Tenn., and Demetria "Dee Dee" Rayburn of Little Rock. She also leaves four grandchildren, Jay Freeman, Jerra Freeman, Finley Freeman and Avery Jackson.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral and Cremation Service.
