Billy Gene Minyard

Billy Gene Minyard, 85, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at his home.

Billy was born in Dell to Eddie and Magdalene (Peterson) Minyard. He was a retired crane operator and was a member of Dell Baptist Church. Billy was a Mason and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Randy Minyard; and brother, Charles Ed Minyard.

Billy leaves his wife, Betty Minyard of the home; two children, Marsha May and her husband Steve of Smithland, Kentucky and Vicki Wathen and her husband Scott of Blytheville; one sister, Linda Potts of Steele, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Brown and Rev. Sunny Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
