Derick S. Fowler

Derick S. Fowler of Blytheville was born August 27, 1979 to Levorn Fowler SR. and Mary Sue Scott, in Blythevilles. Derick departed this life on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville at the age of 38.

Derick was a high school graduate of Blytheville High School.

Derick leaves to cherish his memory, his biological mother Mary Sue Scott, and his mother Lucille Golden who raised him, one sister Wanda Littleton of Jonesboro, one brother Marzues Scott and one nephew Markevion Scott both of Blytheville, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at True Light M.B. Church, from 5-7 p.m. Service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1 p.m. at True Light Church with burial following at Memory Gardens.

Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in charge of services.
