Ms. Judith A. Bynum

Ms. Judith A. Bynum, born June 23, 1956, died December 27, 2017, after a brief and unexpected illness.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Lem and Patricia Bynum; as well as her brother, Jimmy Bynum.

She leaves behind her sisters, Teresa Cortez, and Deborah Bynum, of Corpus Christi, Texas. She also leaves her two sisters, Bonnie Ashley and Marcia Sheldon, of Blytheville; as well as her brother, Bruce Bynum of Blytheville. She leaves many loving nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly and they each easily loved her in return.

Judith taught at Cotton Boll Vocational School and when it merged with Arkansas Northeastern College, she returned to school to obtain her Master’s degree as she had a lifelong love for learning. Those students who knew her at Cotton Boll and at the college knew of her generous spirit and willingness to do what was needed to help students reach their full potential.

She will be missed and she was loved by many. Her spirit for loving and teaching is surely missed by those who really knew her.

Sleep on dearest Judy, and take your rest; we all loved you dearly, but God loved you best. Her death leaves a void in her family and we all miss her dearly.
