Mr. Tommy R. White, 71, of Blytheville, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Tommy was born in Blytheville to Hollis and Helen (Strickland) White. He was a retired truck driver for FedEx and was a member of Beacon Baptist Church. Tommy served his country honorably in the United States Army. He enjoyed working in the yard, fishing and watching Nascar and wrestling. Tommy loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Bill White.

Tommy leaves his wife, Sherry Mitchell White of the home; two daughters, Misty White of Blytheville and Whitney Mosley and her husband Matt of Branson, Missouri; two brothers, Robert “PeeWee” White of Blytheville and Richard White of Southaven, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Connor and Avery Mosley; and a close family friend, Denise Hogue.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14 in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gibb Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
