Mr. Micheal Duwayne Johnson of Jonesboro passed away on June 9, 2017 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville at the age of 46.

Mr. Johnson was born to Emmanuel and Minnie Hopkins Johnson in Blytheville on November 26, 1970. He was employed by Nucor and was a member of Royal Priest Hood Ministries in Jonesboro.

He was preceded in death by a special cousin, Thomas Holliday.

He is survived by his parents, Emmanuel and Minnie Johnson of Detroit, Mich.; his wife, Michelle Ford of Jonesboro; three sons, Nathan King of Jonesboro, Derick King of Jonesboro and Dezuan Rand of Blytheville; two daughters, Delyssa King of Jonesboro and Sietta Stewart of Blytheville; one brother, David Johnson of Detroit, Mich.; one sister, Monica Hughes of St. Louis, Mo.; two grandchildren; two god children; one special cousin Veronica Spencer of Blytheville; his mother-in-law, Jessie Ford of Little Rock; his father-in-law, Simon (Clarise) Langston of Osceola; five sister-in-laws and five brother-in-laws; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday June 16, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville and the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Blytheville with Apostle Teresa Williams officiating. Interment will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Blytheville. Services provided by Wilson Funeral Home of Blytheville.
