Mr. S.T. Ray

Mr. S.T. Ray, 85, of Dyersburg, Tennessee and formerly of Blytheville, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at his home.

S.T. was born in Blytheville to Thomas and Mary (Watson) Ray. He was the co-owner/operator of A-1 Flowers in Blytheville. S.T. was retired from Randall Company and had a passion for remodeling houses.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; one sister and a grandson, Gary Alan Ray, Jr.

S.T. leaves his wife, Shirley Ray of the home; six children, Keith Ray of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Dennis Ray of Redfield, Arkansas, Sherry Hancock of Blytheville, Gary Ray of Auburn, Illinois, Shelly Myers of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kim Wells of Dyersburg, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 7 in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent Rashell officiating. Entombment will follow in Dogwood Mausoleum.
