Jeffery Lynn Lorren
Jeffery Lynn Lorren, 57, of Manila, passed from this life Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Blytheville, he was the son of the late Clarence Lorren and was raised in the Lost Cane Community. A lifelong Manila area resident, he was a 1977 graduate of Manila High School, and was a self-employed carpenter. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robin Lorren.
He is survived by three sons, Jason Lorren (Stephanie) of Haskell, Jeffery Lorren of Beebe, Brandon Lorren (Angela) of Branson, Mo.; his mother, Doris Marie Johnson Lorren of Jonesboro; two brothers, Wade Lorren (Regina) of Dell, Jonathan Lorren (Margaret) of Crosby, Texas; six sisters, Sandra Ann Hicks (Paul Wayne) of Manila, Jeanette Young (Joe) of Jonesboro, Nancy Williamson of Jonesboro, Sheba Garrett of Cookeville, Tenn., Pamela Thompson (Ron) of Livingston, Tenn., Deborah Vassar (Phil) of Jonesboro; and five grandchildren.
Graveside funeral service will be 2 p. m. Saturday, May 13, in the Manila Cemetery with Paul Wayne Hicks officiating. The family will receive visitors Saturday from 12 p. m. until 1:45 p.m. at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Friends may sign the guest register @www.HowardFuneralService.com.
