Ginger Marshall

Ginger Marshall, 65, passed away March 21, 2017, at Monette Manor. She was born April 7, 1951, in Manila to the late Billy Jo Marshall Sr. and Alma Ruth Ishmael Marshall. Ginger worked as a waitress and for the last five years has worked for Monette Manor. She loved Christmas time and enjoyed making wreaths and other holiday crafts. Ginger enjoyed people, rock and roll music and shopping. She will be remembered for her bubbly personality and laughter and her bright smile.

She requests that no one wears black to her services. She wants no one to mourn her death but to celebrate her life.

She is survived by her children, Justin Quarrells (Valerie) of Indiana, Pa., Christion Quarrells (Donna) of Homer City, Pa., and Kandy Galione Roberson of Las Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, Billy Marshall Jr. (Pam) of Humble, Texas, and David Marshall (Cheryl) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; a niece, Melissa Jones (Jeremy) of Paragould; four grandchildren, Conner Quarrells, Aidan Quarrells, Dominick Galione and Cameron Galione; and her Monette Manor family including her special friend, Regina Ballard.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Steve Marshall.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be from 7-9:30 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at the Church of Christ in Monette.

A private celebration of her life will be Sunday, March 26, at Monette Church of Christ with Josh Parnell officiating.

Arrangements are entrusted to Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.

In lieu of flowers lasting memorials may be sent to a Cancer Center or Monette Manor Nursing Home.
