Mr. Kenneth A. Klingler, 73, of Blytheville, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Kenneth was born to Arlie and Glendora (Ferguson) Klingler in Adrian, Michigan. He was a retired supervisor at American Greetings and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where he loved being a deacon. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Kenneth loved music and his favorite job was disc jockeying at KOSE in Osceola. He had a compassion for people and loved drawing and reading.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Gary and Mark Klingler.

Kenneth leaves his wife, Judith Valdez Klingler of the home; children, Kenneth Klingler, Jr. of Denver, Colorado, Joseph Klingler of Blytheville, Crisanta Klingler of Denver Colorado, and step-daughter Debra Thompson of Tennessee; brother, Eric Klingler and wife Sandy of Hillsdale, Michigan; sister-in-law, Phyllis Klingler of Waldron, Michigan; and grandchildren, Justin, Jiliyan, and Joplin Spoon, all of Shawnee, Oklahoma.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, January 25th at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Thomas Hart officiating. A Rosary will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 24th at Cobb Funeral Home with visitation following from 6-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or The Mississippi County Literacy Council.
