Mr. A.J. Ford, Jr. was born October 16, 1956 in Blytheville to A.J. Ford, Sr. and Mamie Horton. He was a mechanic and a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Yarbro.

Mr. Ford departed this life on January 6, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 60.

He is preceded in death by his parents, A.J. Ford, Sr. and Mamie Horton and two sisters, Mary Williams and Odessa Ford.

He leaves to cherish his memories, nine daughters, Asha Ford of Blytheville, Arkansas, Sherry Ford Williams of Blytheville, Casheena Ford of Blytheville, Latassha Ford of Blytheville, Shayla Adelowo of Blytheville, Yarkesha Riley of Jonesboro, Shenna Whaley of Hayti, Mo., Patricia Richardson of Blytheville, and Oscielena Stokes of Blytheville;

Two sons, Jamardre Keyvontae Foreman of Blytheville and Curtis Ford of Blytheville;

Three sisters, Jessie Ford of Little Rock, Diane Solis of Blytheville and Debra Williams of Gosnell;

Six brothers, David Ford of Blytheville, Clark Ford of Memphis, Tenn., Robert Ford of Little Rock, Lee Ford of Blytheville, Ricky Williams of Baltimore, Md. and Troy Ford of Blytheville; and

A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, neices, and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with Elder Henry Mays officiating.
