Committee hears proposal from Stephens, Inc.

The Finance Committee of the Blytheville City Council met Thursday evening and was given a presentation by public finance banker Michael McBryde of Stephens, Inc. regarding the proposed 2017 City of Blytheville Water and Sewer Refunding and Construction Bond issue.
