Barbara Luff

Caraway -- Barbara Luff, 71, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016 at her home. She was born Dec. 15, 1944, in Caraway to the late John and Annie Wilkey Whitehead. She worked for several years at American Greetings, Caraway Sewing and Basler Electric. Barbara enjoyed sewing, camping and loved her family especially her granddaughter, Brenna. She will be remembered as a loving and honorable person.

She is survived by her husband, Virgil Luff; a son and his wife, Randy and Robyn Luff of Olive Branch, Miss.; granddaughter, Brenna Luff; sister and her husband, Margaret and Noble Crigler of Mississippi, and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

A graveside service was 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct, 12, at Caraway Cemetery with Rev. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial followed under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.

There was no visitation.
