Cherokee Village -- Elizabeth Ann Terry Williams, 65, formerly of Caraway, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, at her home. She was born Feb. 17, 1951, in Caraway to late James and Senty Lillie Terry. She retired after 27 years with Basler Electric. She loved to scrapbook, fish and be with her family. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Williams; two daughters and their husbands, Kim and Danny Sneed of Monette and Christie and Vic Elam of Burlington, Kan.; three grandchildren, Jacey Sneed of Jonesboro, Jacob Elam and Mane Claire Elam of Burlington; a great-grandchild, Bentley Sneed; a sister, Glenda Hamilton of Osceola; two brothers-in-law, James Williams (Johnnie) of Caraway and Jerry Williams of Helena; three sisters-in-law and their husbands, Betty and Cleo Davis, Levetta and Shelby Davis of Lake City and Patricia and Scott Armstrong of Bay; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

A celebration of her life was 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Caraway First Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Stevens officiating. Interment followed at Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Caraway First Baptist Church.

Honored to serve as pallbearers were Jacob Elam, Todd Emison, Mark Dixon, Gunner Ault, Brian Crews, Roger Williams and Don Fletcher and as honorary pallbearers, Merrett Emery, Leland Dowless, Lynn Haag, Bill Pendergrass, Greg Miller, Wayne Pickett, Kenny Williams and numerous others.
