Shelda Dixon

Mrs. Shelda Ann Dixon, 75, of Dell, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her home. Shelda was born in Hornersville, Missouri to Winford and Anna Roach. In 1959, she graduated from Manila High School where she was the Valedictorian of her class. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Blytheville. Shelda loved to cook and take care of her family. She loved work in her yard and watch birds, especially cardinals. Shelda also loved to collect quilts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Dixon; her parents; and brother, Harold Roach.

Mrs. Dixon leaves her children, Mark Dixon and wife Tabitha of Dell, Perry Dale Dixon and wife Kerrie of Dell, and Tappi Ann Haney and husband Larry of Beebe, Arkansas; brothers, Lynn Roach of Paragould, Jackie Roach of Dallas, Texas, Johnny Roach of Germantown, Tennessee, Terry David Roach of Jackson, Tennessee, Bobby Roach of Gosnell, and Tracy Roach of Malvern, Arkansas; sisters, Susie Hatcher of Kansas City and Annette Hiser of Lake City; grandchildren, Perry Wayne Dixon and wife Angie, Luke Dixon, Troy Misner and wife Jen, Kendra Tromboli and husband Seth, and Gunner Ault; great-grandchildren, Paxton, Joie Beth, and Millie.

Graveside services were Thursday, August 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola with Rev. Mitchell King, Jr. officiating. There was no visitation. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
