Randy Odell Walton

Lake City -- Randy Odell Walton, 62, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016, at his home. He was born Aug. 3, 1953, in Monette to Ray Odell Walton and Rosalee Jones Walton. Randy had worked for Caterpillar and Naperville Jeep Eagle as a parts man. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time on Lake Michigan.

He is survived by his mother, Rosalee Walton; three brothers and their wives, Bobby and Sue Walton of Manila, Gary and Marlene Walton of Ozark and Jimmy and Judy Walton of Lockport, Ill.; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Walton, and a sister, Emily Walton.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 23, at Monette Memorial Cemetery with Chub Qualls officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.

There was no visitation.
