David Smith

Mr. David Larone Smith, 66, of Truman Ark., died Thursday, June 2, 2016 in Monnette Ark. Born in Dyess, Ark., August 16 1949 to late E.W. Smith and Louise Alta Young Smith, David was a Vietnam army veteran and a retired Tour Bus Driver, who was of Protestant faith.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son Buddy Larone Smith; and sisters, Vanessa Smith of Trumann, Ark., Regina Louise Smith, Rebecca Faye Smith, and Linda McHalffey.

Mr. Smith leaves his daughter, Leslie Smith of Fontana, Calif.;

Son, David Larone Smith Jr. of San Diego, Calif.;

Brother, Randy Ray Smith of Sebring, Fla.;

Grandchild, Elizabeth Diane Reeves; and

Three great grandchildren, Olivia Reeves, Riley Reeves, and Kaylee Denise Reeves.

Visitation services will be held June 7, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Victory Lighthouse Baptist Church in Trumann Ark. Funeral services will be held June 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Victory Lighthouse Baptist Church in Trumann Ark. The Burial will be in Potter Cemetery in Lepanto, Ark. and Greg Clark will be the officiating Minister. All arrangements are made by Wilson Funeral Home Tyronza.
