Diann Worthen

Diann Worthen, 60, of Manila, passed from this life Monday, April 11, 2016, at the UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock. Born in Flint, Mich., she was the daughter of the late Richard Lee and Faye Elizabeth Davenport Worthen.

Diann had been a longtime resident of the state of Utah before making her home in Manila four years ago. She was a retired tax compliance officer for the State of Utah and was of the Morman faith.

Mrs. Worthen leaves no survivors.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are by Howard Funeral and Cremation Service of Manila.
