Geneva Walker

Geneva Walker, 83, of Arlington, Texas, passed way on October 25, 2015 at Fort Worth, Texas.

Born December 25, 1931 in Eastman Township in Arkansas to the late Louie Walker and Aggie McTeil Walker, farming was her occupation and she was a member of Whole Truth Gospel Church in Earle, Ark.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband Samuel Woods, daughter Valerie Duckworth, brother Elmo Walker and five sisters, Lucille Martin, Bobbie Anderson, Clarice Roy, Leatrice Sanders, and Joeratta Walker.

She is survived by daughters Helen (Willie) Allen of Los Angeles, Calif.,, Sharon Walker of Earle, Edream Riggs of Arlington, Texas, Devilear L. Woods of Earle, Juanita Robinson of Marion, Patricia Duckworth of West Memphis, and Samantha Smith of West Memphis;

Sons, Dennis Duckworth of Parkin, and Glenn (Lucy) Woods of Kansas City, Mo.;

Sister, Emma Neely of Jacksonville, Ark.;

She also leaves a host of grandchildren and a host of great-granchildren.

Visitation will be at 7 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2015 at Whole Truth Gospel Church in Earle, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 7 at Whole Truth Gospel Church in Earle with Apostle Eddie Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Gardens in Edmondson, Ark.
